Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leadoff mobile application ("App") and the Leadoff coach web app ("Web App") — together, the "Services" — operated by Dan Machado ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Service

Leadoff allows users to create custom player introductions and play walk-up songs using Apple Music and AI-generated voice announcements. Coaches can also build, manage, and share team lineups from the App or from the Web App, and lineups sync automatically across the Services. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Apple Music Requirement

Certain features of the App require an active Apple Music subscription. Leadoff does not provide or store copyrighted audio.

3. Subscriptions

• For purchases made in the App, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• App subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings.
• Subscriptions purchased on the Web App are billed through Stripe, our payment processor, and can be managed or canceled from your account on the web.
• Pricing may vary by region.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content entered to generate announcements.

6. Youth Use and Parental Responsibility

Parents, guardians, or coaches should supervise usage. Do not include sensitive personal information. You confirm you have permission to use names included in announcements and lineups.

7. Intellectual Property

The Leadoff applications and branding are owned by Dan Machado.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Termination

We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

11. Privacy

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy at getleadoff.com/privacy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
